He's Official

Yes, we finally blessed the Deuce on November 18, 2007.

We always wait forever because of germs at Church and their effect on preemie's but we decided we needed to have Deuce's sooner other than later.

So we had the blessing held in our home and can I just tell you?

It was so intimate and special to have immediate family members (and great grandparents) in our home to share such a wonderful experience.

I think this little one touched all of our hearts that day.

And of course, the Chub had a fun time basking in the undivided attention...

Here he is getting tickled by my Dad, the ultimate tickle machine.

(I remember laughing until I couldn't breathe when I was an iddy biddy)

O.K. So it's not such a great family photo, but it can go down in our family history books that nobody will look at - and of course, blogworld.
